Yiltiz was born from a deep desire to share the rich flavors and timeless traditions of Uyghur cuisine with the world.
A decade ago, I left my homeland to start a new life in the U.S. Though miles away, a familiar taste always takes me back—to my childhood kitchen, to the hands that lovingly shaped our meals, to the warmth of traditions passed down through generations.
